medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Dear All,
A general query I wonder if some of you may be able to help me with. I'm
searching for vernacular prayers to the Virgin that quote lines from
courtly love songs; the sort of thing one finds, for example, in
Molinet's 'Oraison a nostre dame.' Have any of you found such things, in
books of hours, poems, primers, etc? I'd be most grateful for any
further examples!
Thanks to all,
Andrew Kirkman
