Full-time, Permanent from 1 October 2004
Applicants should have a strong research record in German; any field of
post-1750 German Studies will be considered but preference may be given to
someone able to teach in areas of modern German history, society and/or
media/film studies, and to contribute to School-wide courses in European
culture in translation. The successful candidate will be able to teach the
German language to advanced level as well as post-1900 topics, and will be
expected to make a full contribution to departmental and School
administration.
