Dear George,
I am uneasy at your grouping together of Bogomils, Cathars and Lollards.
Admittedly all these groups earned the hostility of Rome.
As I understand it, the Bogomils and Cathars were Gnostics while the
Lollards were Trinitarian Christians and seen by the Reformed Churches
(Lutheran, Anglican and Calvinist) as their spiritual ancestors. In other
words, Bogomils and Cathars are not Christians while Lollards are.
Anyone willing to throw more light on this ?
Brenda M. C.
