Dear Colleagues,
I have had tremendous problems this year after the college allocated 5
figure candidate numbers for the first time.
Exam boards only seem to accept 4 figures - is this true?
Our exams software only picked up the first 4 numerals, IE 10097 became
1009. 10096 also became 1009 etc. A potential disaster!
How do the larger colleges manage as you must enrol and allocate candidate
numbers greater than 9999.
Any help or advice very welcome please!
