Whilst on the subject of Tyndale, there is a Tyndale Society - homepage at:
www.tyndale.org
and see the links off the site.
The society prints a regular annual journal 'Reformation' and a quarterly
magazine, as well as holding regular conferences, in particular the Oxford
International Tyndale Conferences are held every two years etc.
Tyndale's Old and New Testaments, have been published by Yale in a modern
spelling edition, by David Daniell and he has also written a biography of

>Written by the noted former librarian of the John Rylands library of the
>University of Manchester, and reprinted by special permission, this book
>includes two articles on William Tyndale and the English Bible. The first
>is
>a brief sketch of the life of Tyndale written on the occasion of the four
>hundredth anniversary of his death. The second is an account of Tyndale and
>his Bible and those who translated the Bible into English before him.
>Illustrated with twelve plates, including a likeness of Tyndale.
>They also do another book on Wycliffe, but less likely to be of use, I
>think. In addition, later in the catalogue are several books concerning
>English bibles, but the majority of the ones they describe seem later
>bibles.
