The question was about Eastern sources, so yes, I should have referred to
Origen, Commentary on Romans, 5.9.11 where he mentions infant baptism, as he
does in Homilies on Leviticus 8.3 and Homilies on Luke 14.5. Origen's view
depends on a doctrine of original sin, and he believes that infant baptism
was commanded by the apostles - the first person to express such a view.
Tertullian mentions infant baptism in De Baptismo; personally he is not keen
on it; Cyprian does so more frequently, and very clearly shows knowledge of
and support for a doctrine of original sin in Letter 58 (=64 in the other
numbering system).
