Hi
I realised that this has been discussed on this list before but I'm
still unclear about this...
I'm following the Expressing Qualified Dublin Core in HTML/XHTML meta
elements document [1]...
I understand that this form is recomended for backwards compatability:
<meta name="DC.date.modified" content="2001-07-18" />
Rather than:
<meta name="DCTERMS.modified"
content="2001-07-18" />
However what about for refinemets that have come into existance _after_
the HTML RFC2731?
Is there a backwards compatability reason for this style to be used:
<meta name="DC.relation.conformsTo" scheme="URI"
content="http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/" />
Rather than:
<meta name="DCTERMS.conformsTo" scheme="URI"
content="http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/" />
