Richmond Libraries' E-books Launch - Open Invitation
Richmond Libraries will be launching new web-based e-book services on Monday
24 March, 3-7pm in East Sheen Library, London SW14.
We are the first UK local authority to offer web-based e-book services
(netLibrary and Safari Tech Books Online) to members of the public,
generously supported by the People's Network Excellence fund.
Richmond's e-book Launch will be an opportunity for public librarians to see
and try the e-book services we are introducing. The Launch will also include
short talks about e-books and about Richmond's e-book project. The list of
talks is attached below.
If you are interested in attending the Launch or would like to know more
about the event please e-mail [log in to unmask]
<mailto:[log in to unmask]> before the 19th of March.
