Really? I plan to go on the march. When you say disabled people usually go
at the front, do you mean all disabled types or just wheelchair users?
Regards, Sarah.

Gathering from other egroups such as DAN there will be many disabled people
going to London on Saturday. It is however uncoordinated in terms of
meeting up etc but usually, as with other demonstrations, disabled people
may
be put at the head of the march.
Will there be as many police as envisaged considering the number deployed
at Heathrow. Also, at the beginning of the eighties, was a CND march in
London with 500,000 and there was no trouble with the police.
I do feel it is a safe bet for disabled people to attend with any number of
non-disabled to take care of us should there be any trouble.
