Hi Julia,
GOAD were bought (I believe) by Experian (part of Great Universal
Stores)based in Nottingham.
They used to have an office in Hertfordshire - I don't know if they are
still there.
I did somework for them (Experian) a while ago and could dig out a contact
who may know, if you hit a brick wall.
