Dear all,
From Monday 18th August the JISC Plagiarism Detection Service will offer an
improved and enhanced service. The following features will be available to
JISC sites:
* A dynamic Originality Report, which is produced virtually
instantaneously, and allows the opportunity to view the student's work
alongside the matched source.
* Access to an extended database of subscription services, via
ProQuest, incorporating ABI/Inform, Periodical Abstracts and Business
Dateline.
* A more powerful web crawler that not only detects matching
text from sources that have been archived or deleted from the Internet, but
also pinpoints matches from non-HTML sources, such as PDF documents.
If you would like more information on the JISC Plagiarism Detection Service,
