Hi - yes, if you are getting generally good results apart from eyeballs,
then probably the only option to fiddle with is the main one, -f. It does
sometimes happen with certain sequences that it is hard to get rid of
these. Using standard space masks can help - you could try the script
betpremask as well, but that relies on a good affine match to standard
space.
