Hi - you will end up with a separate group-level analysis for each
first-level EV. Thus the group-level model does not refer to the different
first-level EVs in this kind of case.
It sounds like you want a multi-session multi-subject analysis like the
example titled "Multi-Session & Multi-Subject (Repeated Measures - Three
Level Analysis)" at http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/feat5/detail.html#higher
