REcently we have encountered difficulties with reference labs requiring
several identifiers on secondary samples referred for specialist assays.
This is often difficult to fit onto the tiny labels on the tubes. I would
have thought that our lab specimen no. with check digit plus surname would
be sufficient. (barcode spec number included on req form sent with sample).
Or is this a CPA infringement?
