Hi Andre; I prepared all my fish skeletons with enzimes soaking them for a few
hours or overnight, they left the bone trasparent bur then you soak them in tea
and they look absolutely perfect. I cannot remember the enzime but if you are
still interested when I return to Scotland in 3 weeks time I can find out for
you. The other person you may want to ask is Simon Davies who gave me the
recipe a long time ago!
All the best
Ruby
