Try out courseGenie at www.coursegenie.com.
It allows you to work in MS Word and export a course in:
- IMS format (it creates an imsmanifext.xml file, etc)
- WebCT format (creates batch upload assessment files and content modules
etc)
- Standalone normal HTML
Our beta version now supports QTI export and a number of accessibility
enhancements.
