- Applied research and program findings on family planning, STI/HIV/AIDS,
gender-based violence, safe motherhood.
- Evidence of successful models of service delivery in the emergency phase,
in stable settings, in post-conflict re-development efforts.
- Collection and use of data for needs assessments, for program monitoring
and evaluation, for program management.
- You are encouraged to submit abstracts on other relevant topics.

Purpose of study or program: Approximately 40-50 words
Data collection or program methods: Approximately 90-100 words
Study or program findings: Approximately 150-200 words
Conclusion and program implications: Approximately 40-50 words

- Accepted abstracts will be compiled into a Book of Abstracts and
Conference 2003 Proceedings for wide distribution. Abstracts not meeting
the format above may not be included. Note: By submitting an abstract, you
authorize minor edits as needed for inclusion in these publications.
- Criteria for abstract selection are relevance, potential contribution to
the field and quality of content. Geographic and topical coverage will also
be considered.
- Abstracts may be submitted and papers may be presented in English or
French.
- The Conference 2003 registration fee is US $150. A limited number of
scholarships may be available.
