A cross-sectoral CPI Library and Information Policy Seminar
Aim: to probe the benefits and effects of value and impact research - how
do library and information services use and benefit from the results? What
impact do they have on strategy and policy, locally and nationally, and on
such issues as advocacy, best value, marketing and fundraising? What are
Resourcešs plans for the next phase of work on impact and evaluation?
Target audience for this cross-sectoral event includes LIS managers,
regional bodies, library co-operatives and partnerships, library schools,
independent consultants, and Government bodies.

Stamford is 90 miles north of London and easily accessible by road (A1) or
rail (Stamford-Peterborough, Leicester and Birmingham line). Stamford
station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There is adequate free car
parking at the rear of the hotel.
