I enquired with the BGS some time ago and they made it clear that, without a
licence, their materials could not be photocopied at all (or even traced) . This
is the rule I have applied to our users until this month.
I have just obtained an Education Copyright Licence (85 pounds inclusive of
VAT) which allows our users to make copies of BGS material, with certain
restrictions. The person I contacted at BGS was Robert Crosby, tel: 0115 936
3009.
