Ladies and Gentlemen
We live in a democracy, Chief Librarians face scrutiny and criticism
everyday especially in the form of Best Value. Our colleagues in the Audit
Commission Best Value Inspectorate won't pull any punches about their
services' performance, so why should we be secretive about our views on
their website.
I wonder if a poor "no stars" service with no prospects for improvement,
given the current evidence says it all about their website!
