Oh dear, if only those beaurocrats in Whitehall realised the little
monsters they create when they try to be creative when looking at
administrative boundaries, county boundaries etc. In especial, was the
comment from our American cousin when he/she (can't remember the
genda, it's so far back now) referred to the changes when trying to
research the mother country. Now we are reminded of what Essex used
to be like when millions of Ford motor workers used to live there.
