I think the NHS Centre for Revies and Dissemination have a system for
grading diagnostic studies which The RCOG is now using in their clinical
guidelines. Their website is http://www.york.ac.uk/inst/crd/welcome.htm.
Information can also be found on the Centre for Evidence Based Medicine
in Oxford 's website - http://cebm.jr2.ox.ac.uk/index.html
Hope this helps

Dear All
Which format of level of evidence & grade of
recommendation that is practical & should be suggested for
developing CPG about diagnosis? Is there any CPG for
diagnostic paper using that format?
