medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture

I don't believe so. That St Savin, or Sabin (d. c.820) was
apparently one of the Apostles of the Lavedan in the Pyrenees, born
in Barcelona and raised in Poitiers. He became a Benedictine at
Liguge, finishing his life as a hermit. Feast day 9 Oct.
