Let me say that I profoundly disagree with these terms : and, to be quite
bold, if not rude (apologies in advance, I don't have anyone in mind)
things would be much more interesting if we had more adventurous
individuals (or even better : teams! schools of research!), who would
approach design with fresh eyes. Designers who have talent should remain
practitionners, and, in my experience, they are not necessarily good
teachers, and even worst theoricians (unless you call theory a self
indulging formalisation of what one does : I call this patronizing).
Regards to all, and no comment on my reaction please. Its just the word
"scandalous" that made me jump.
