Chris, with all their trainers they, the athletes still have to train;
they still have to strain; They still have to commit and persevere; they,
not their trainers or coaches, still have to perform. However ultimately
easy it may look, it still is not easy getting to the point where it looks
easy. Maybe, to carry your analogy along, we professors then need the
trainers and training programs if we are to be Olympic level teachers.
