Naked Science at Night
Come along to a short talk by an expert, ask questions, get involved in
a well-oiled discussion and continue the debate afterwards in the bar.
The events are free, but places are limited so please ring 0870 870 4868 to
reserve your place on the sofa.
All the events will be held in the RCA cafe at the Royal College of Art,
Kensington Gore, London SW7 2EU. Entrance on Jay Mews. We can send you

Pregnant men? And the future of human reproduction
Monday 4th Feb 6.30pm
Meet the world's first ever Pregnant Man and discuss the implication of
future technologies for assisted reproduction with IVF doctor Dr Simon
Fishel the director of the Care fertility centre in Nottingham.
The Science of Secrecy, Enigma and Information Age.
Monday 11th Feb 6.30pm
Simon Singh, author of The Code Book, will bring a genuine World War Two
German Enigma machine, and explain how the cracking of this cipher changed
the course of the war.
Can creativity be explained by science?
Monday 18th Feb 6.30pm
Maggie Boden, Professor of Philosophy and Psychology, will talk about how
computer modelling can help us understand the hidden workings of our minds.
This is your opportunity to question whether science can explain creativity.
