I have been discussing, with a charity concerned with these issues, the
possibility of some developmental/research activity around the needs of
families with a young person living with cancer, and the specific (?) needs
of such families in black and minority ethnic communities.
I would appreciate any examples of 'research' or developmental questions and
needs - i.e. what do you think we need to know, find out, and research
and any examples of best/good/improved practice that might be tested or used
as stimuli and a base for further work
- and if any one of you has large amounts of funding, or knowledge or a
desire to be active partners in such a project, why not let me know that
too?
