I'm sure this will have been asked before, apologies if so!
I'm looking at our 'policies' on the charging of inter-library loans - we
currently try and pass the charges onto departments, but I'm not sure how
successful the system is.
I was wondering if it'd be possible to get an idea of what other libraries
are doing - what stances are taken with a view to charging and also how the
charges are passed on?
Any thoughts/ideas would be welcome!
