Ben
I don't know if it is of any help at all, but I also tried to create a mail-
to form, the only difference was that I posted it in the announcements
section. I didn't get anything like the disaster you experienced, although
it didn't work. All the simply happened was that the user kept getting
thrown to another screen when the submit button was clicked. I don't know
why and I am still trying to work that one out. In another context I have
experienced what you described with mail-to forms wiping out pages. It was
with another tool I have been working with, which used database and active-
server pages. My understanding from the company who were supporting us was
that it was something to do with a page-related command being attempted in
something that wasn't strictly a page - since the space we were using was
actually only a cell in a table. Again I'm not techy enough to have
followed all of it, but I know that we were able to find a solution using
some smart JavaScript, for which I do have the code.
