From memory Boehringer Mannhiem had a range of food testing kits - including D-Lactate. When Roche took over they sold off the food testing kits to ???. We still use their malic acid and citrate kits but buy them through an agent in New Zealand. Despite all the changes - the packaging is identical to the origional Boehringer reagents.
hope this helps
cheers

I've had an enquiry from a consultant who is interested in being able to measure D-lactate in patients with ischaemic bowel etc. In theory we could set up a GC-MS method but before i put any time and effort in to this is anybody out there already measuring it? I couldn't find anything on AssayFinder.
Thanks,
Claire Hart
