Let me understand: Are you therefore saying that Refinements are just
Elements? Should we stop calling them Qualifiers, which (perhaps
misleadingly) lumps them into a single category along with Encoding
Schemes?
I'm not at all disputing your point about the RDF modelling, just
trying to understand what you think this implies for our typology of
grammatical terms.
