The HBSMR data structure can be viewed by going to Adhoc queries, and then
by selecting each table, one by one to see the fields. There is no need to
get 'full details' from exeGesIS SDM, you have full details on your PC.

Another scenario not covered by responses so far might be that you already
have Oracle, and are wondering if you can use it as a back-end to the HBSMR
software. In theory yes you could, as any Access application can be used
against tables held in Oracle, but you would have to have your Oracle people
duplicate the HBSMR table structure (assuming you could get full details of
this from Exegesis), and then have the Exegesis folk alter the application
accordingly.
This would involve lots of extra hassle and cost, and would probably only be
worth considering if there are very strong reasons for staying in Oracle.
For example, if you were part of a wider corporate system that linked a GIS
system into Oracle using Oracle Spatial and/or ESRI's SDE. Or maybe you have
large data volumes and lots of multi-user editing and feel that the Access
database engine is not up to the job (it isn't), or maybe you want to hook
straight up to a internet Oracle database server (though even in this
scenario you might be OK having a separate Access system with the ability to
dump stuff into the Oracle system at periodic intervals).
Good luck whatever
