CHILD AND ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
c. £17,500 per annum
three-year fixed-term contract
The College Research Unit, a department of the Royal College of
Psychiatrists (http://www.rcpsych.ac.uk), is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary
team who research, audit and evaluate mental health services in order to
improve the quality of care provided.
We are seeking a psychology or social/health sciences graduate with an
interest in mental health services. The post offers an opportunity to learn
about health service evaluation, the use of standards and service
development, with an opportunity to form academic links with the Institute
of Psychiatry.
This is a stimulating and varied role including tasks such as organising
site visits, liaising with mental health professionals, and assisting with
report writing and presentations. Candidates should demonstrate excellent
verbal and written communication skills, good organisational skills and
experience in the use of MS Office applications.
