No. But nurses are all taught no-touch (i.e. drip glue on to patient,
not apply glue directly). You have prompted me to observe a few gluings
to see how well the advice is adhered (sorry) to. I'll let you know what
is found.
Apart from no-touch, glue is not suitable if wound still bleeding, so
little chance of blood contact. Or is there?
This all starts to sound a bit anecdotal to me. With so many of us using
the stuff in various ways, should be easy enough for someone to look
into it properly. That's if anyone has time these days.
