Colleagues who use Netscape only need to click 'Reply all', as I have
done, rather than 'reply'. Presumably other email front-ends do things
differently?
It is a difficult decision whether to reply to sender only, or to the
whole list. Although everyone wants to be kept informed, how many
incoming messages per day do we want? Some of us probably reply off
list in order to save colleagues from yet another message.....
