I agree with Steve. Any online article that was downloaded from the
internet is for research/personal use only. Putting it up on the intranet is
restricted by all publishers and permission is required from either the
publishers or the owners. Alternatively, we could link to the online
fulltext site but making sure that sources are all acknowledged.

I would imagine you would have to contact the publisher first as more than
likely they own the copyright to that article. If the article was downloaded
from the online journal then that would be for personal use only.
