the solaris distribution was originally made in /home/willis/sms/fsl -
what should happen is that if FSLDIR has been set, then the relevant
scripts in fsl/bin (tixwish and tclsh) should change the default TCL/TK
library pathnames from the original settings (set at compile time) to the
correct ones based on the correct FSLDIR. However, it looks like the
wrappers are not working on your computer.
What happens if you just type fsl/bin/tclsh ?
If you are familiar with shell scripts, I suggest that you have a look at
the different steps in fsl/bin/tclsh and see what is going
wrong....alternatively, if you email me the details of an account on your
machine I'd be happy to log in and see what's going on.
