From the look of the output if appears that the number of resels hasn't
been correctly determined. The order of the output is also very
strange, but I'm assuming this is the result of a standard
error/standard input clash. What is important is that $RESELS is set to
NaN.
This can happen if you have single slice data or any strange values in
the image. Is that the case? If not, please send us the output of
avwhd on your 4D image.
