If you want to take an active role in dealing with the junk mail then
you can use a tool such as SpamCop to send in complaints to the
spammers' Internet Service Providers. You paste the junk e-mail,
complete with all its headers, into SpamCop's form. It then analyses
the message to work out where it REALLY came from and who the best
people are to complain to. It will even compose a standard complaint to
send on your behalf if you wish.
