I am trying to fit a linear regression model that relates repeated measures
to individual-level regression coefficients (within-subject model).
I have eight measures per individual and 7 predictors (with two levels
each). The eight measures per individual are assumed to follow a MVN
distribution with unknown population mean vector mui and precision matrix
lambda. That is Yi ~ (MVN}(mui, lambda).
The model of interest is:
E(mui) = b0i + b1i*x1 + b2i* x2...b7i*x7
The focus is to identify the individual-level coefficients for each of the
7 predictors (not the mean of the population parameters). Any help to build
this model and save the coefficients for each individual would be greatly
appreciated.
