David,
Beside lysozyme and a light chain band travelling in the far cathodal gamma
globulin region, another possibility is CRP. Any other pathological
pointers ? (? Acute phase response, High WCC)
If you perform immunofixation, try fixing it with some CRP antisera used on
another instrument (eg array CRP antisera).

Subject: Anybody seen this?
Routine urine electrophoresis of a sample (Titan Gel
electrophoresis kit)
showed a band which moved considerably towards the negative
electrode. The
point of application is in the middle of the strip, and the
band itself nearly
reached the edge of the strip.
