For anyone who is interested in downloading lifting correction formulae for
adjusting Totals for bodymass, height, age or gender, I have prepared a
detailed document on our Supertraining discussion group at:
<http://www.egroups.com/group/supertraining>
You will find this information directly as Message 3647 or as a PDF file
under the "Files" section on our home page.
Even if you are not a competitive lifter, you can use these tables to chart
how your relative strength changes with bodymass or how your strength
compares with that of friends of different bodymass, etc. There are even
formuale for comparing individual bench presses, deadlifts and squats there
for you to use. I have also used these formulae quite frequently to adjust
for bodymass differences between subjects in various research and
rehabilitation projects.
