I also replied privately, but spurred by Patrick Nugent's request for
information on Patristics lists and a curiosity about what was out there
besides the few I knew of I checked the Ecole site and found this page:
<http://cedar.evansville.edu/~ecoleweb/maillist.html>
There are a few listed here that aren't on the above page:
<http://www.hivolda.no/asf/kkf/biblia02.html#list>
(I encourage anyone with an interest in Biblical studies to look around at
the rest of this very useful site:
<http://www.hivolda.no/asf/kkf/rel-stud.html>)
A link at that Norwegian site goes to David Meadows' Atrium Bibliotheca:

DM is a frequent and valued contributor to Classics-l. I don't think I've
ever run across a list related to Classics or ancient history that wasn't
included in his Atrium list. Be forewarned that his subscription
information is sometimes out of date, though.
On the basis of Ecole's inclusion of the UK liturgy list, I can add one
marginally relevant list on the post-Classical side, the Liturgy-l out of
NEIU:
<http://www.neiu.edu/~history/liturgy.htm>
(from the welcome message:)
LITURGY-L is a forum for the discussion of issues relevant to the study and
planning of Christian worship. We welcome participation from members of of
all denominations. The activities of this list are somewhere on a continuum
between an informal conversation and a formal meeting. Hence, each
contribution to the ongoing discussion should be considered more a letter
than a part of a chat. (There will be the occasional humorous aside and the
like. The comments here are not given to induce rigidity, but to define the
norm.)
While we encourage discussion across a broad spectrum of ecclesiastical and
liturgical opinion, we actively discourage the use of this list as a forum
for liturgical warfare, denominational posturing, or other acrimonious
activities.
Q. HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?

Although the majority of topics that come up on the list are related to
modern liturgical theology and practice, Patristic and medieval questions
are addressed on occasion. It has a heavy Lutheran slant, but there are
large minorities of RCs and Episcopalians and a handful of members (or
posters, at least) from other traditions.
Since I recognize that not everyone around the world has as carefree web
access as is common in the US, if anyone's on-line status is such that they
find it difficult or impossible to access these sites, please let me know
and I can e-mail the information from the web pages cited above.
