Oh well, it refers to the fictitious aqnd eponymous University of Poppleton
(or is it Poppleton University -- now there's sedition) which features in
the satirical Laurie Taylor column on the back page of _The Times Higher_.
I expect that everyone else is lording it up at the Leeds IMC and reading
their free copies of the Times Higher distributed at the IMC, so I can take
the liberty of replying.
