Conference tariff
Arrangements have been made with Mansfield College for
the provision of food and accommodation during the
conference. The prices of the various options for bed
and breakfast are as follows:
Single room #32.50
Twin room #34.50
Single en-suite #46.50
Arrangements have also been made for the provision of
lunch on the 27th, 28th and 29th of September at a
cost of #8.50 per day.
Additionally, a conference meal is planned for the
evening of the 27th of September, at a cost of #30 per
head.
Thus, the total cost to a delegate opting for a single
room for two nights, lunch and the conference meal
would be #169.50. This breaks down as follows:
Single room for two nights #64.00
Lunch for three days #25.50
Conference meal #30.00
Sub-total #119.50
Conference fee #50.00
TOTAL: #169.50
Please use the enclosed form to indicate your lunch
and accommodation preferences, whether or not you wish
to attend the conference meal, and any dietary
requirements you may have.
It is anticipated that some delegates will arrive in
Oxford on the evening of Tuesday 26th September, and
will require accommodation. This should also be
indicated on the form. An evening meal at Mansfield
College can be arranged for the 26th September, at a
cost of #13.50 per head. However, this can be no later
than 7.30pm.

the appropriate payment by July 21 2000. The fee for
entries received after this date will increase to #60.
