You've asked the wrong person. I find these disclaimers intrusive and can
inhibit communication between and within organisations.
I notice there is no disclaimer on your message - imagine how lists like
this would clutter up if we all had to use disclaimers
I don't believe these are a legal necessity but I may be wrong?
What do other list members think?
