I have seen him referred to in English both as William de Mandegout and
William de Mandagoto. I assume that the "Tratado" you refer to must be his
_Tractatus de electionibus_, which also appears sometimes under the title
_Libellus super electione_, or _De iure electionis novorum praelatorum_. I
don't recall ever seeing the treatise referred to by an English title.
