I am familiar with a 17th c. Dutch painting of a woman breastfeeding her
imprisoned father who was sentenced to die by starvation. It is called
"Caritas" and is by Baburen but it is quite different from the traditional
iconography by that name. I don't believe the woman was referred to as either
a virgin or a saint which would agree with Bonnie's statement that it is a story
from antiquity.
