If you're sure the priory is in Burgundy, then this is not what you're

Conches [-en-Ouche] is, of course, in Normandy, not Burgundy.
For those who don't know it, Graesse is available on the Web at

It is invaluable when searching for vernacular equivalents of Latin place
names, and having it on the Web is a blessing for those of us with
poorly-stocked libraries.
