Of course, if this is a leaf from an Antiphoner, it would contain the Office chants, so the Introit to the Mass is not particularly relevant. "Sederund principes" is indeed proper to Stephen, but usually as the Gradual on 26th December, although it can obviously be used elsewhere. This leaf does seem to relate to August (Invention of St Stephen is on 3rd August, but there is confusion with Pope St Stephen I on 2nd August. Both are within the Octave of St Peter Ad Vincula [1st August] - hence the Verse "Solve jubente deo" on the verso of the leaf which is proper to St Peter, and that feast.) Presumably this is a Matins Responsory, although I have been unable to find a Use with this particular combination on this (or that!) particular date.
